We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable
- Approved by our customer support team before being shipped back
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
- Products returned in used, altered, or damaged condition
Because many of our products are handmade, small variations in color, texture, size, pattern, or finish are not considered defects. These variations are part of the handmade nature of Moroccan rugs, leather goods, copper items, and artisan decor.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if applicable
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges because many items are unique, handmade, or limited in stock.
If you would like a different item, please contact us. If approved, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, if eligible.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
9. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Our products are handmade by artisans. Natural variations may appear in:
- Color
- Size
- Shape
- Pattern
- Texture
- Leather grain
- Copper finish
- Rug weaving and pile
These details are part of the beauty and authenticity of handmade products and are not considered defects.
10. Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Reshipping fees
- Any customs duties or import fees
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
11. International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees charged by their country.
These fees are non-refundable.
If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return fees, and customs-related charges.
