Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Handmade or made-to-order items
  • Quality inspection and packaging requirements

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to customers in the United States and may also offer international shipping to selected countries.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product, shipping carrier, and delivery restrictions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping method
  • Carrier rates

Large items such as rugs, oversized copper pieces, or bulky home decor may have higher shipping costs due to size and packaging requirements.

Any shipping fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 3–10 business days after shipment
  • International orders: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after the package has been shipped.

6. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If an order is returned because the customer refused to pay customs fees, failed to collect the package, or provided incorrect import information, any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help you file a claim or contact the carrier.

For stolen packages, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, building management, or the shipping carrier first.

9. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We may need these details to file a claim with the shipping carrier or arrange a solution.

10. Handmade and Oversized Items

Some of our products, especially handmade rugs, large decor pieces, leather goods, and copper items, may require special packaging or additional handling time.

Because many products are handmade, oversized, fragile, or one-of-a-kind, shipping times and costs may vary.

We take care to package each order securely to help protect it during transit.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

We can only make changes or cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the shipment.
